Helping several people exercise with their own bands, at home or in a group, is simpler with a roll you can cut to any length. This Vive roll holds 25 yards of band that is 4 in wide.
Five levels are offered, each its own color: light yellow, medium red, heavy green, x-heavy blue and xx-heavy black. Vive lists the light level as a good fit for beginners and older adults, and the heavier ones for progressive workouts.
The band is latex-free rubber with a low powder coating and light texture. It comes in a dispensing box. Vive states it is not snap-resistant. To care for it, rinse under water and dry immediately.
