Resting with a cold or warm pack across the back is easier when the pack is big enough. Vive shaped this one to the back, so one pack covers the upper, middle or lower area.
Put it in the freezer, using the EVA bag that comes with it, or warm it in the microwave. Velvet on the inner face feels soft, and nylon is on the outside. Inside, a PVC pouch with reinforced seams holds the gel. Straps adjust so you or someone you care for can rest hands-free. Size is 26.37 by 21.25 inches, weight 3.25 lbs. Clean spots with a damp cloth.
