Helping you or someone you care for regain ease with everyday tasks may include exercises for the hands and arms. This Vive bar bends and twists to provide that resistance, and Vive designed it for use with guidance from a physical therapist.
It comes in four levels, X-light, light, medium and heavy, within a range of 5 to 25 pounds. Each bar is 12 in x 2 in x 2 in.
A ridged surface keeps the grip secure and nonslip. The bar is latex-free TPR, light and easy to take from home to the office or gym.
