For someone who tends to slide forward in the chair and would like a softer seat, this Protekt cushion combines a gel bladder with a foam wedge and a pommel.
The foam is high density with a firm foundation, a good match for sling-seat wheelchairs. You can pick a taper of 3 to 1.5 in or 4 to 2 in, depending on the width you need.
Helping you choose: 16 to 20 in sizes hold 250 lbs, and 22 or 24 in sizes hold 500 lbs or more. It comes with a stretch nylon cover and buckles, and a 1 year warranty.
