When a wider wheelchair is needed, this Protekt cushion brings the same careful shaping in bariatric sizes. It holds up to 500 lbs and comes 22 to 30 in wide.
Helping with positioning, it has side supports on both edges and trochanter cut outs. Inside, gel infused visco memory foam sits over a two-compartment gel bladder and two layers of high resilient foam.
Every size is 3 in thick, with a soft stretch nylon cover and buckles. Proactive's warranty is 18 months.
