Inside, gel is held in 15 horizontal bladders between a convoluted foam top layer and a firm foam base. Proactive notes that the gel stays at room temperature.
Sizes range from 34 x 76 x 3.5 in, rated 300 lb, up to the 60 x 80 x 4 in bariatric overlay, rated 700 lb. The nylon top cover is fluid resistant and vapor permeable, and the warranty is 1 year non-prorated.
