Is your mattress a Protekt 100, 300, 500, 600 or Fiber Homecare? Those are the models Proactive names for these covers. Pick plain nylon, or stretch nylon on top with vinyl underneath; regular sizes are 36 in wide and 6 in deep, at three lengths.
A mattress with raised rails takes the 9 in deep raised rail cover. Wider mattresses take a 42 in or 48 in cover, 80 in long.
