A small, flexible ice pack is easy to keep on hand for you or someone you care for. This Vive pack measures 6 by 10 inches and holds a non-toxic gel that stays soft when frozen.
It is made of soft, latex-free vinyl with sealed seams and can be used over and over. Freeze it flat for at least 2 hours before use. Place a towel or clothing between the pack and the skin, and keep each session to 30 minutes or less, as Vive recommends.
