If the person you care for uses a wheelchair, scooter, walker or cane, this ramp is one way to help them through a raised doorway. EZ-ACCESS made the TRANSITIONS Modular Entry Ramp for doorways, sliding glass doors and raised landings.

It is aluminum, in sections that hook together with the screws provided, and you can remove sections to set it lower. The surface is extruded and slip-resistant. Heights are 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in, each 34 in wide, with EZ's usable ranges reaching 6.25 in. Weight capacity is 700 lbs.

A pivoting flap at the top adds 1/4 in and can rest on the threshold or stay out so the ramp meets the door edge, as with a sliding door track. Please follow the mobility device's owner guide for acceptable ramp use.
