WheelchairGetting someone you care for out and about each day is easier with a chair that adjusts to them. Proactive Medical's Chariot II does that with a dual axle: set the wheels one way for a 19.5 in seat, or the other for a lower 17.5 in hemi height.
Three seat widths are offered. At 16 or 18 in it holds up to 300 lbs; at 20 in, up to 350 lbs. Behind the 16 in deep seat is an 18 in back. Arms lift out and come padded in desk or full length, and the legs get either swing-away footrests with heel loops or elevating leg rests on a pneumatic piston. Vinyl upholstery wipes clean. Proactive covers the chair with a limited 3 year warranty.
