Pride Jazzy 1450 Power Wheelchair

Built with a reinforced frame and heavy-duty construction, Pride's Jazzy 1450 carries riders up to 600 lbs. It gives a larger rider room to sit in comfort and dignity, with a 24 x 24 inch standard seat and a large 17 x 13 inch foot platform, while Pride says it navigates like smaller models.

Two motors drive 14-inch solid front wheels with knobby treads, backed by 9-inch rear casters, 4-inch anti-tips and swing arm suspension. Turning radius is 26.5 inches; the chair is 29.25 inches wide and 38.25 inches long. The black vinyl high-back seat goes up to 26 x 24 inches and sits 20.5 to 22.5 inches from the floor.

Its heaviest piece is 195 lbs without the seat (81 lbs) or the two Group 24 batteries (52 lbs each), which charge with an 8A off-board charger. Pride's limited warranty covers the frame for 5 years and electronics, drive motors and batteries for 13 months.
