Power ChairThe Jazzy Elite 14 is built for uneven ground. Pride pairs front-wheel drive with 14-inch knobby, foam-filled drive wheels, which it says give strong traction on hills, ramps and grade changes, and a 24-inch turning radius keeps it workable indoors too.
It carries up to 300 lbs and reaches 4 mph, with Pride rating range at up to 18 miles at 300 lbs or 21 miles at 200 lbs. The high-back seat, with headrest and limited recline, comes in widths of 18, 20 or 22 inches, up to 22 x 22 inches, at 20 to 22 inches from the floor. Ground clearance is 3 inches at the battery tray, and the heaviest piece is 99 lbs without seat or batteries.
Pick blue or red color-through shrouds, which Pride designs to reduce visible scratches. The frame has a 5-year limited warranty, while electronics, drive motors and batteries are covered for 13 months, serviced by an authorized Pride provider.
