Vehicle Lift

Pickup owners who carry a wheelchair or scooter in the bed are who the AL435T Tailgater was made for. Harmar gave this 3-axis truck hoist an offset arm with power extension, so it reaches 43 in to the curb or over a 24 in tailgate. Harmar lists it as compatible with most trucks.

It lifts manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and scooters up to 400 lb, with powered lifting, rotation and extension. Installed weight is 81 lb, arm height is 32 to 43 in and length is 31 to 42 in. It installs on the passenger side only. A folding arm and a universal base adapter come with it; the docking device does not.

Harmar notes that hoist lifts may call for some drilling in the truck bed floor to bolt them in place. Parts carry a 3-year warranty that can transfer with Compatibility Calculator approval. We work with a team of credentialed local specialists to guarantee timely, safe, and optimal delivery and installation.
