With a panda design and an extra height setting for taller or faster-growing children, Buddy Size 2 is the larger of Smirthwaite's entry-level vertical standers. Smirthwaite gives an approximate age range of 4 to 12 years, and the slim frame works in a school setting.
Thoracic support to footboard spans 27.6 to 37.0 in, pelvic support 19.9 to 29.3 in and knee supports 6.3 to 22.0 in. The base measures 31.5 x 24.6 x 39.1 in at the lower setting and stands 43.8 in high at the higher one. It holds a user up to 132.3 lb and weighs 46.3 lb.
Chest and pelvic bands adjust for height and width, knee supports and sandals for angle. It arrives fully assembled with tray, chest band, pelvic band, knee supports and sandals, and carries a 2-year Smirthwaite warranty on materials and workmanship.
