Picture a thin foam cushion beneath the forefoot with a stretchy band rising from it to wrap one toe. Pull the band's end to make it snug. It suits toes measuring from 1 in up to 3.5 in around and can go on either foot, tucked inside a sock and shoe.
Patience helps at the start: Vive's guidance is two or three hours each day during week one, working up toward 5-6. Clean them by hand in warm water with gentle soap.
