Bathroom SafetyFor someone who finds standing through a whole shower tiring or unsteady, a seat in the tub or stall can bring a little calm and dignity back to bathing. Vive's Shower Chair pairs a corrosion-resistant aluminum frame with a textured composite seat that has drainage holes so water does not pool, and the legs end in nonslip rubber tips. The curved backrest lifts off if you would rather go without it.
The base takes up 17.75 x 17 in, and Vive sized it for most tubs and showers up to about 23.3 inches wide. Across the top of the handles it measures 21.5 in. The chair weighs 10 lb and holds up to 300 lb. It does not fold, though it comes apart for storage or travel, and the leg height adjusts.
A user manual is in the box. Vive's lifetime coverage, defined as the estimated lifetime of the product, applies once the chair is registered within 30 days.
