Helping someone you care for with transfers at home is the job of the Protekt Onyx. Hydraulics do the work here, moving the person up or down a little at a time, and it holds up to 450 lb.
Its spreader bar uses chain connections and works with 4 or 6 point slings. The lift reaches from 17.0 in to 61.0 in, and it weighs 85 lb.
You open and lock the base by hand, the rear casters lock, and it goes together without tools. The frame carries a limited lifetime warranty.
