Bathroom SafetyAt the bedside or over the toilet, Vive's Folding Commode serves both ways: it stands on its own beside the bed, or sits over most standard and elongated toilets as a safety rail. When it is not needed, it folds flat without tools for storage or travel.
The coated steel frame supports up to 350 pounds. Handrail height adjusts from 24 to 30 inches, the arm rails are 18 inches apart, and the closed-cell foam handles and non-slip leg caps add steadiness. The seat is 13.75 inches wide with an 11 inch inner diameter, and a traditional toilet seat and lid are included.
The 7.5 quart pail has a cover, splashguard and carrying handle and can be used with standard commode liners. Vive offers lifetime coverage, which it defines as the estimated lifetime of the product; register it with Vive within 30 days of purchase.
