The Rhea with Twilight brings most of Golden's comfort features into one lift chair: patented Twilight Tilt to raise your feet above your heart, MaxiComfort positioning, and a 5-zone system that adjusts the headrest, lumbar, backrest, seat and footrest independently (Golden Technologies).
Who it suits
It is rated for 400 lbs in Medium and Large (Golden Technologies). Golden includes Nirvana, its Swedish air massage with far infrared heat, which suits someone who wants the full set of features in one chair.
Features worth knowing
Open arms hide dual compartments for the controls, a wireless phone charger and storage, and the hand control routes through the right arm compartment. A lithium-ion battery backup is built in (Golden Technologies). Golden also lists this chair as one that takes its optional plug-in accessories, which we cover in a separate post.
How it compares
Without Twilight, the Rhea with MaxiComfort has the same seat sizes and wall clearances, four zones and HeatWave warmth as standard (Golden Technologies). The Cloud+ Luxe with Twilight is another five-zone Twilight chair, offered in three sizes and needing 20.5 to 25 inches from the wall (Golden Technologies).

The Medium is 22 inches between the arms, 21 inches deep, 20 inches from floor to seat top, 37 inches wide and 45 inches tall, and needs 25 inches from the wall reclined. The Large is 24 inches between the arms, 22 deep, 21 inches to the seat and 39 inches wide, with 30 inches of wall clearance (Golden Technologies).
