Seat width between the arms runs from 21 inches (Petite/Small and Medium) to 29 inches (Tall Wide). Floor-to-seat height goes from 19 inches on the Petite/Small to 22.5 on the Tall. Reclined, the Petite/Small and Small Wide need only 16 inches from the wall, the Tall and Tall Wide 21 inches. Overall widths run 31.5 to 40 inches (Golden Technologies).

- Labor on those parts: subsidized for three years
- Electrical parts: three years from original purchase
- Electrical parts, years 4 to 7: pro-rated discount (35% down to 5%)
- Labor on electrical parts: subsidized for one year
- Original purchaser, residential use only, proof of purchase required
- Claims go through the selling retailer and need Golden approval
